This promotion is conducted by Clutch Industries Pty Ltd ("Promoter").

The promotion commences at 12:01am AEST on 1^st August 2026 and concludes at 5:00pm AEST on 31^st August 2026, unless withdrawn earlier due to promotional stock being exhausted.

This promotion is available exclusively through NAPA New Zealand

This promotion is open to customers who purchase an eligible Clutch Industries clutch kit from a participating store during the Promotion Period.

The following customers are not eligible to participate:

• National Key Account customers.

• Customers purchasing under national, fleet, government or corporate supply agreements.

• Any customer identified by Clutch Industries or GPC Asia Pacific as a Key Account.

• Employees of Clutch Industries, participating Repco stores and their immediate family members, unless otherwise authorised by the Promoter.

The promotion applies to the purchase of the following Clutch Industries products:

• CI Premium Clutch Kits

• CI Heavy Duty Clutch Kits

• 4Terrain Clutch Kits

The following products are excluded:

• UniClutch products

• Flywheels

• Individual clutch components

• Release bearings sold separately

• Clearance, obsolete or special-order products (unless approved by the Promoter)

Customers who purchase one (1) eligible clutch kit during the Promotion Period will receive:

One (1) complimentary 4-pack of 250mL Red Bull Energy Drink.

One promotional item will be supplied for each eligible clutch kit purchased.

The offer is strictly while promotional stocks last.

No rain checks, substitutions or cash alternatives will be provided.

This promotion is intended to reward genuine purchases only.

Accordingly:

• Clutch kits purchased as part of this promotion are not eligible for credit, return or refund solely for the purpose of retaining or obtaining the complimentary promotional item.

• Where a qualifying purchase is returned for reasons other than a valid warranty claim or rights provided under the Australian Consumer Law, the complimentary Red Bull 4-pack must also be returned unopened. If it is not returned, the value of the promotional item may be deducted from any refund or credit issued.

• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law or Clutch Industries' standard warranty policy.

• Offer is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

• Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Clutch Industries promotion unless otherwise stated.

• The Promoter reserves the right to verify all qualifying purchases.

• Any attempt to manipulate, abuse or circumvent these Terms & Conditions may result in the offer being refused.

Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in this promotion or use of the promotional item.

Any personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Promoter's Privacy Policy.

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel this promotion at any time where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make it necessary to do so.
