Design

Design begins with a development of a detailed understanding of our Customers Objectives. A Product Requirements Form is available to assist this step. (Link).

Once the Customers objectives are defined, a design development process begins, supported by CAD and simulation models.

Importantly this capability is based in Australia, allowing CI to work closely with OEM and Aftermarket in both Australia and New Zealand.

Through computer modelling CI can evaluate potential designs and provide virtual testing, determining performance characteristics of components prior to proceeding to the prototype stage. Once the design concept is agreed as worthy of physical evaluation, then CI produce the prototypes and apply extensive testing to validate the design.
